Introduction to the Lab (field of research)

Our group is interested on fundament science in materials, processing and devices for various printed electronic devices on rigid and flexible substrates  such as FETs, LEDs, PVs, memory, lightings, and sensors etc. by cost-effective graphic art printing methods. We are developing various printable functional materials such as organic semiconductors, semiconducting carbon nanotube, metal oxide and halide semiconductors, and perovskite  formulation and novel printing methodology for cheap and high resolution patterning to realize high performance those devices.

Recently, our interests is extending to stretchable electronic device including materials, processing and physics.  We hope that our research can contribute to commercialization of various flexible and unconventional electronic gadgets via innovative manufacturing processes.
